How we LEAD:
The Performance Systems Administrator will take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration and operational delivery of our performance management system, Lattice, alongside associated performance and learning activity. Working closely with the L&OD and wider People team, the role will manage system settings, permissions, user types and performance cycles, ensuring Lattice is accurately configured and runs effectively. The role will also coordinate related training and learning activity across Workday Learning, Outlook calendars and employee communications.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, analytical and systems-minded. You'll be a proactive self-starter and quick learner who enjoys understanding how things work, solving problems and turning requirements into practical action.
How you'll CREATE:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and back-end management of Lattice, ensuring the platform is accurately configured and maintained.
- Configure and manage user types, permissions, access, system settings, workflows and performance cycles.
- Support the setup, testing, launch and administration of performance activity, ensuring key milestones are delivered accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues, investigating problems and coordinating solutions with internal teams or external support where required.
- Maintain accurate system data and proactively identify configuration issues, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the operational delivery of performance initiatives, maintaining timelines, actions and key dependencies.
- Support the coordination of performance training and learning programmes, including administration within Workday Learning.
- Manage associated logistics including Outlook calendars, meeting invitations, participant lists, communications and email distribution.
- Work closely with L&OD and the wider People team on operational planning, translating programme requirements into clear system, learning and communication activity.
- Maintain accurate trackers, reports and process documentation to support delivery and effective knowledge transfer.
- Use data and system insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the employee experience.
- Proactively anticipate requirements, follow up on actions and ensure activity progresses without needing continual direction.
Bring your VIBE:
- You enjoy understanding how things work and are comfortable working across systems, data, processes and operational delivery.
- You learn quickly, investigate problems logically and are confident taking ownership of getting things done.
- Experience administering or coordinating digital systems or platforms; experience with HR, performance or learning systems would be advantageous.
- Strong systems aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with system configurations, permissions and data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical, ground-up approach.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to work with appropriate autonomy.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using calendars, email, spreadsheets, trackers and administrative systems.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in making systems and processes work better.
- Experience with Lattice and/or Workday Learning would be highly advantageous, but equally important is the ability to learn systems quickly, understand their underlying logic and take ownership of accurate, reliable delivery.
