Audiomovers is a small, fast-moving team within a global music organisation, building tools used daily by artists, engineers and studios around the world. We work on a rapid development cycle, bringing products, features and campaigns to market quickly, and iterating based on real-world use.
The team sits at the intersection of music, technology and culture, collaborating closely with product, engineering, artist relations and the wider Universal Music Group to deliver work that is both creatively strong and commercially effective.
The Product Specialist role will act as a key technical and product resource for Audiomovers, bridging the gap between product marketing, development, customer success, and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a good technical understanding of audio software and workflows, combined with a strong ability to troubleshoot and report any issues our customers encounter with our products. This includes answering technical tickets, updating user manuals and communicating product features to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be comfortable leading live product demonstrations and onboarding high-value B2B clients.
You will be proactive and solutions-oriented, taking ownership of user feedback loops and ensuring customer insight directly influences future product roadmaps. While a technical background is the primary requirement, the ideal candidate will understand that product expertise must drive commercial success. They will focus on reducing customer churn, and increasing product adoption by delivering exceptional support, onboarding, and training experiences.
Audiomovers is a hands-on, fast-paced environment, and this role suits someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, engaging directly with users, and staying ahead of audio industry trends.
Ideally, the candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in audio engineering, audio software and an interest in technical product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary technical expert for Audiomovers products across all customer touchpoints
- Deliver compelling live product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable feature requests
- Support sales and success teams by answering technical queries during the buyer journey
- Support technical onboarding sessions for enterprise and high-value accounts to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Represent Audiomovers at industry tradeshows, events, and community workshops as a technical product ambassador
Skills and Experience RequiredMust have
- Proven experience and a strong foundation knowledge of all Audiomovers products (i.e. where our products are implemented and how they support the music production workflow)
- Deep practical knowledge of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), audio routing, networking protocols, and pro audio hardware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with a methodical, customer-first approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
- Professional experience in audio production, sound engineering, or music technology
- Experience and a keen interest in video production software
- Familiarity with the wider audio market including other remote collaboration tools and web-based audio streaming technologies
