Mercury KX is seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager to lead global marketing campaigns across our roster of boundary-pushing artists. This role is central to the growth of the Mercury KX brand and its artist community, combining grassroots artist development with ambitious, internationally focused album campaigns. You will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing strategies, acting as the key point person for projects, and championing campaigns across the wider Decca Label Group. This is an opportunity for someone who lives and breathes electronic, modern classical and experimental music, and who thrives on building audiences in meaningful, long-term ways.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
- Be operational and strategic
- Lead and product manage global marketing campaigns across Mercury KX artists and projects.
- Develop long-term, audience-first campaigns that extend artist visibility beyond release cycles.
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for artists and sell campaigns into the wider Decca Label Group.
- Shape and grow the Mercury KX label brand with a cohesive vision across the roster.
- Work closely with artists and creative partners to develop strong campaign briefs and deliver compelling creative assets.
- Commission and oversee visual content (photo, video, artwork) for global digital and physical use.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Audience, Promo and International teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Drive grassroots audience development alongside ambitious global campaigns.
- Embrace new platforms, technologies and routes to market to grow audiences and communities.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, maintaining accurate forecasting and spend tracking.
- Deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.

- Marketing management experience within the music industry.
- Proven success delivering global or domestic campaigns and growing development artists.
- Strong strategic, creative, analytical and commercial marketing capability.
