The RoleThis 6 month FTC position for a Manager – Global Initiatives is part of the Global Revenue and Royalty Optimization team. You will play a key role in rolling out new solutions to global users in 50+ territories. In this role, you will be responsible for the project management of the royalties system revamp, tracking progress, coordinating testing and reporting findings, and managing necessary administration.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate the Project for the business team to ensure the current status is correctly reflected at all times

Help Manager the Product Backlog

Arrange and lead regular ticket triage meetings and planning for the business team

Link relevant tickets and test cases to deliverable requirements

Create and review test cases and scenarios with the business to ensure expectations are covered

Confirm testing acceptance criteria with the business

Tracking & reporting progress

Help others to ensure the quality and standards of tickets are adhered to, so they can be worked on effectively

Communicate with the group to share information on the Project process

Co-ordinate and assist others to fill any gaps in required information

Working with the business to understand what reporting and information they require from the Project

Provide & present regular status reports

Collaborate and communicate with the different workstreams to ensure all needs are covered

Review, suggest & action improvements to the process / workflow based on feedback from the group, mitigating risk & increasing operational effectiveness

Understand and communicate the business value in what is being delivered

Testing of Specific Functionality areas prior to site UAT

Provide accurate status reports

Work with the test group to provide accurate descriptions of the issues faced

Take part in an organise forum to discuss

Organise & manage required site UAT\’s to support new release deployment

Work with global sites to prepare readiness for the roll out of new applications

Ensure the required standards in process are communicated & in place

Through interaction with the territories, identify & manage resolutions to anomalies to standard global practice and territory specific requirements or restrictions

Monitor & communicate progress to the team on a periodic basis

Skills & Experience RequiredMust Have

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast moving environment.

Admin Skills: Setting up meetings, planning agendas, taking & communicating minutes.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders at all levels.

Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage project timelines effectively.

Problem‐Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Interpersonal Skills: A strong team ethic. Ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools (i.e. Jira).

Nice to Have

Prior experience working on large projects in a Global environment

Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum

Understanding of Music Artist Royalties
