The Role

  • Assisting the Managers from around the label including departments such as Marketing, Creative, Streaming, A&R.
  • Budgeting in Uniport; including approving quotes, raising POs etc.
  • Liaising with artist managers and key contacts diligently and professionally at all times.
  • Briefing creatives, makers and agencies to make short-form content like song teasers and visualisers.
  • Collating and distributing campaign assets – e.g. artwork images, press releases, biogs and content.
  • Canvassing physical stock quantities for internal and external teams.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by the marketing & A&R team.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration (invoicing, filing, ordering stock & stationery/CD stock).
  • Taking comprehensive notes in meetings and sharing post meeting in a succinct, timely fashion.
  • Preparing / printing any documents required for weekly meetings.
  • Updating the gig guide document every week.
  • Managing content delivery from external parties.
  • Arranging staff and contact travel and getting travel reqs approved by finance.
  • Writing weekly artist campaign updates on behalf of the marketing manager.
  • Collating info from all departments and updating sales notes for physical releases.
  • Booking bikes / cabs / couriers.
  • Ticket ordering for gigs on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Sourcing and ordering any merchandise or special items.
  • Ordering any POS needed e.g. flyers, stickers, posters.
