The role of the Finance Team Assistant, 6 month FTC involves managing various administrative financial tasks across UMO and UMR. This role ensures the smooth operation of finance processes whilst providing day to day support to other departments across multiple critical business areas:
- Be the day-to-day contact for all operational finance questions within the label.
- Manage purchasing system Admin setup requests & conduct training sessions for new joiners, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
- Administer travel system setups for new joiners and leavers.
- Address travel recharge issues, ensuring correct coding and cost allocation.
- Oversee gig ticket orders, ensuring the ticketing system is accurate and up to date.
- Manage billing & payment requests from the label, verifying details and ensuring timely processing.
- Manage financial recharges from the centre, addressing any coding or query issues.
- Address expense queries and approvals, acting as the point of contact for the centre, including corporate card management, virtual credit card purchases, and related financial matters.
Skills And Experience Must Have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Keen to learn & navigate new systems, tools and technologies.
- Highly motivated and proactive individual.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
