This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, providing support coverage between 07:30 and 16:30.

We're looking for a Collaboration Analyst with experience across Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom and SaaS platforms who is passionate about creating great user experiences, solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.
How you'll CREATE:
Deliver a seamless collaboration experience by supporting and optimising platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Slack and Google Workspace .
Enable productivity across the business through the administration of Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and OneDrive .
Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to minimise service disruption.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding and access management, ensuring users have the tools they need to succeed.
