We are looking for a highly organised and resourceful Team Assistant to support our EVP Global Brand Partnerships and team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, helping manage executive schedules, preparing materials for brand meetings, and liaising with key senior internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative support to the EVP Global Brand Partnerships and team members
- Manage complex calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners/clients
- Organise and support partnership events, team events, client meetings, and activations
- Coordinate follow‑up communications and action items from meetings
- Prepare expense reports and help manage departmental budgets and invoices
- Strong experience in an assistant, coordinator, or support role (experience in brand partnerships or marketing preferred)
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Professional demeanour with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
- Passion for music, partnerships and marketing is a plus
- Experience supporting senior leadership in media, entertainment, fashion, or consumer brands
- Experience working in a fast‑paced entertainment or agency environment
