The Role
The Product Specialist will be a key technical expert across the Audiomovers portfolio, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
You will support customers through product demos, onboarding, troubleshooting and ongoing use, while ensuring customer feedback and recurring issues are clearly captured and shared with the wider team.
The role suits someone with strong professional audio knowledge, a practical approach to problem solving and a deep understanding of how studios, software and hardware work together.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical product expert across the Audiomovers portfolio
- Troubleshoot customer issues across DAWs, audio routing, networking, studio systems and pro audio hardware
- Deliver product demos, technical walkthroughs and onboarding sessions
- Create and maintain user guides, setup documentation and knowledge-base content
- Capture customer feedback and recurring issues and share clear insights with Product and Marketing
- Support Sales and Customer Success with technical questions and product workflows
- Support customer, partner and industry-facing product sessions
- Represent Audiomovers at industry events, trade shows and workshops
Skills And Experience
Must Have
- Deep understanding of professional studio environments and workflows, including studio systems, pro audio hardware, signal flow, routing, networking and DAWs
- Strong practical knowledge of Audiomovers products and how they fit into professional audio workflows
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with a methodical, customer-first approach to problem-solving
- Ability to quickly learn new products, systems and workflows
Nice to Have
- Professional or hands-on experience in audio production, sound engineering or music technology, including recording, mixing, post-production or audio-for-picture workflows
- Experience with Dolby Atmos or immersive audio
- Experience in technical support, customer success, solutions engineering or another product-focused role
- Familiarity with video production software and post-production environments Experience working with studios, manufacturers, software companies, broadcasters, post-production facilities or technology partners
