The A Side: A Day in The Life

Universal Music Group & Brands is the dedicated brand agency of Universal Music Group, creating innovative and tailor-made business solutions for brands. We leverage the power of Music & Culture to create innovative and differentiated customer propositions for our brand partners to help them grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP Global Brand Partnerships and team members
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners/clients
  • Organize and support partnership events, team events, client meetings, and activations
  • Coordinate follow-up communications and action items from meetings
  • Prepare expense reports and help manage departmental budgets and invoices

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in an assistant, coordinator, or support role (experience in brand partnerships or marketing preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Professional demeanour with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Passion for music, partnerships and marketing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in media, entertainment, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entertainment or agency environment
