Responsibilities
- Lead the development of engaging concept decks to sell through ideas to clients, translating brand objectives into culturally relevant concepts that fit brand tone and align with client KPIs.
- Lead campaign creative from idea to pitch and through delivery, ensuring alignment with the campaign vision, brand guidelines, and cultural strategy.
- Manage multiple client briefs and deliverables simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
- Guide internal and external resources (teams, freelancers, agencies, vendors) across projects.
- Contribute actively to brainstorms for clients and new business opportunities.
- Oversee and lead production vendor briefing sessions, providing creative and actionable feedback on treatments or asset delivery.
- Stay up to date with creative trends and the competitive landscape to inspire and motivate the wider team.
- Maintain an exceptional design aesthetic, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand and artist standards.
- Communicate the creative vision verbally and through pitch decks, explaining how it achieves business goals.
- Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a team-player attitude and curiosity in the workplace.
- Mentor and manage junior employees, ensuring elevated creative work and adherence to client expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or similar brand partnership experience.
- Demonstrated originality, innovation, and a wide range of creative work for well-known brands or agencies.
- Excellent copywriting and design skills, delivering persuasive pitch proposals.
- Collaborative teamwork within tight timeframes.
- Track record of collaborating with motion designers, technologists, live production teams, product designers, and vendors, with clear understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
- Initiative to bring new ideas to strengthen creative work and market relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Positive contribution to team culture and spirit.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar presentation and design tools.
- Love for music.
