The UK Administration department at UMPG provides a client focused service with the mandate to provide an industry leading customer service offering, through new technologies and a constant refinement of process delivered through innovative thinking across the team. We are searching for a natural communicator who is comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and their representatives. The position is rich in opportunity for involvement with the company’s biggest deals, signings, and international projects.
Organization Responsibilities
- Responsible for updating and maintaining client details
- Representing UMPG in a professional and clear way
- Maintaining and adhering to guaranteed response times
- Resolving administration queries, covering royalty and copyright
- Delivering high quality client services and ensuring the best client experiences
- Managing client needs
- Communicating with clients both via email and telephone
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve more complex client issues
- Liaise with finance and accounts payable teams
- Ad Hoc tasks and projects as directed by the Senior Manager, Royalties & Customer Services & Senior Manager UK Copyright & Customer Services
- Logging all communications and queries to help build KPIs and statistics for management
Skills And Experience Required
Must Have
- Experience in a client facing role
- Self-starter that is able to take initiative
- Effective and efficient communicator
- High attention to detail
- Organised
- Good numeracy
- Microsoft package literate
- Ability to manage deadlines and work to timetables
Nice to Have
- Demonstrable interest in the Administration / Operation of a music publisher
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with CRM systems
