The A Side: A Day in The Life
In this role you will be a key support layer for Bravado UK’s A&R/Brand Management team and world class roster. We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible and well organised who can support Brand Managers by juggling multiple high-profile and consumer facing projects. A keen interest in creative and design is essential, as part of the role involves working on and contributing to creative projects.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
- Supporting the UK brand management team to deliver best-in‑class merchandise programs
- Owning asset management process for UK repertoire
- Dealing with all internal and external asset enquiries
- Creating content for mailers, websites and social media
- Design tweaks and amends, colour changes and product mockups
- Creation of tech packs and product grabsheets
- Logging and tracking ongoing photo / asset licenses
- Assisting with retail submissions from our global sales teams
- Co‑ordinating sample deliveries and ‘comp’ request for clients
- Project reporting for key stakeholders
- Coordinating product photography with external suppliers
- Preparing presentation decks for pitch meetings and client updates
- Raising POs and issuing invoices
- Coordinating meetings and room bookings
- Supporting the Junior Brand Manager with general admin duties
Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience using and maintaining asset management systems
- Experience working on all types of digital image assets (website, emails, paid, display)
