Universal Logistics is a leading provider of customized transportation and logistics solutions, offering a comprehensive suite of services including transportation, value-added, intermodal, and specialized services utilized throughout entire supply chains.

This position is full time, onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Requirements:
  • Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific systems
  • Prior office experience is preferred
  • Superior communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Upbeat personality/positive outlook
  • High school diploma required, secondary education preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and coordinate with terminals to ensure timely placement of new drivers
  • Collect, organize, track, file and review program paperwork
  • Organize and present ppw for graduation
  • Evaluate driver logs and ELD-quick review
  • Track/Submit mentor pay
  • Additional duties as required
