Make a difference in the lives of our child/adolescent Residents! Fox Run is seeking dynamic and talented Behavioral Health Unit Manager for the 2nd shift, 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The Unit Manager position is a front-line, supervisory opportunity with responsibility for oversight and direction of the direct patient care of our children and adolescent residents by the Mental Health Technician staff. The Unit Manager ensures the safety and well-being of the residents while supporting the therapeutic milieu. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated individual to help us continue our tradition of helping our residents achieve the greatest chance of success possible.
The Unit Manager participates in the development and implementation of clients’ behavioral programs by ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and Quality Improvement efforts.

Qualifications Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with the treatment of children and adolescents.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- The candidate must be available to work weekends.
- Valid state driver’s license
