Responsibilities for Full Time Rover include a $4,000.00 Sign on Bonus! Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 72-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition.
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) Rover position with Cedar Creek Hospital:
- Is a clinical resource for unit staff during daily activities.
- Facilitates the admission and belonging process from the Intake Department, ambulance bay and to the designated unit.
- Completes nurse to nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicates with Internal Medicine as needed.
- Completes internal nursing assessments.
- Is competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
- Continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
- Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
- Works with both adult and adolescent population.
Hours: Full Time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, 12pm-12:30am. This position also includes an every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications:
