Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote tele-video one-on-one psychotherapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
- Consults with Clinical Manager in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
- Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.

Qualifications:
