Canyon Creek features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care and intensive outpatient programs. Position Summary: The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from adolescents through adults.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for facility operations during the assigned shift
- Evaluate patients/milieu acuity each shift, report high acuity to CNO
- Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to Charge Nurses, RNs, LVNs, MHTs, and Unit Clerks

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Required Experience: Minimum of at least three (3) years of nursing experience.
- Preferred Experience: At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital; more than (2) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience.
- Licensure: Current State of Texas Registered Nurse License; Current CPR certification.
