The Meadows Psychiatric Center is a 119-bed, behavioral health treatment hospital located in Centre Hall, PA. The Meadows features individual units for children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults, and prides itself on providing comprehensive patient services.
The Meadows team has a great Per Diem opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Teacher/Educator. Responsibilities include the provision of high quality instructional programs for children, adolescents and young adults. Clinical Teacher/Educators are part of our multidisciplinary patient care teams and will collaborate with unit patient care teams as well as liaise with schools as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Education or related field which is eligible for teacher certification or license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health problems
