Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges. As a Behavior Tech, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, therapeutic environment while helping individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

  • Full-time (40hrs/week, every other Saturday and Sunday) — 3pm–11:30pm
  • Part-time (24hrs/week, every other Saturday and Sunday) — 7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, which includes, but may not be limited to psychology, sociology, political science, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, elementary/special education, or family therapy
  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent, PLUS a minimum of 2 years of experience (paid or unpaid) in a human service field involving direct contact with the individual receiving services (i.e. coaching, teaching, case management, etc.)
  • Must be compassionate about the care and safety of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders, and utilizes effective behavior management techniques to increase communication, socialization, and daily basic living skills.
  • Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job.
