Fox Run: The Center for Children and Adolescents, a subsidiary of UHS, is recruiting for a FT – 30 hours per week – Receptionist / Switchboard Operator. Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients. Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors
• Answering the switchboard
• Preparing and coding daily receivables
• Maintaining the facility census book
• Documenting incoming deliveries
• Providing clerical support as requested
• Assisting with various clerical duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

• The telephone switchboard is staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Friday
• This opening is from 2 p.m., to 8 p.m. each day
