The Certified Coder is a key member of Dover Behavioral Health System responsible for ensuring the completion of all coding activities, managing correspondence related to patients' health records, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of patient information.

Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dover, Delaware. It features units for adolescents and adults, offering inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Annually, over 10,000 patients receive care from our dedicated healthcare team. What does a Coder at Dover Behavioral Health do?

  • Ensure high accuracy in analyzing and coding medical records in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum:
