The Rail Site Agent will oversee and manage rail construction and civil engineering projects, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specified quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, liaising with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing budgets, schedules, and resources. The role also includes monitoring progress, resolving on-site challenges, and conducting risk assessments to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management and Resource Management Experience with Health and Safety Compliance and conducting Risk Assessments Knowledge of Civil Engineering and Rail Construction projects Strong Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills Proven ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively Experience in stakeholder liaison and on-site team coordination Relevant certifications in construction or project management are a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Willingness to work on-site in Manchester #J-18808-Ljbffr
