What You’ll Do
- Supporting service users in all aspects of their daily life, including meal support, hydration, medication prompts and general household tasks within the home
- Assisting service users with personal care
- Providing companionship, comfort and emotional reassurance
- Encouraging service users to take an active role in decisions about their care and daily activities
- Recording and reporting care notes and observations accurately
- Supporting service users with mobility, rehabilitation and confidence‑building activities where appropriate
