What You’ll Do

  • Supporting residents in all aspects of their daily life, including meal support, hydration, medication prompts and general household tasks within the home
  • Assisting residents with personal care
  • Providing companionship, comfort and emotional reassurance
  • Encouraging residents to take an active role in decisions about their care and daily activities
  • Recording and reporting care notes and observations accurately
  • Supporting residents with mobility, rehabilitation and confidence‑building activities where appropriate
