Contracted Hours: 25 hours per week plus overtime opportunities available

Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and business insurance are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication prompts and household tasks
  • Assist with personal care where required
  • Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support
  • Help people regain confidence, skills and independence through reablement support
  • Encourage clients to take an active role in planning their own care
  • Record and report visit information accurately
  • Work with a variety of clients, meaning every day brings new experiences and opportunities to make a difference
