Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting others to achieve their best? We're looking for a proactive and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting carers to deliver outstanding services in the community.

What You'll Be Doing
- Completing care assessments, reviews, spot checks and competency observations
- Monitoring care quality and supporting continuous improvement
- Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and care records
- Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints appropriately
- Conducting audits and supporting compliance with CQC requirements
- Coaching and developing care colleagues to maintain high standards
- Working closely with service users, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within health and social care
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
