Are you an experienced care professional who enjoys coordinating care, supporting teams, and delivering high-quality services? Universal Care Services is looking for a Care Coordinator to help manage our domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting compliance, staffing, and service growth.

The Role
- Coordinating care delivery and staff rotas
- Supporting quality, compliance, and CQC readiness
- Recruiting, supervising, and supporting care staff
- Maintaining accurate records and governance systems
- Building positive relationships with service users, families, professionals, and commissioners
- Supporting service growth and occupancy targets
- Participating in the on-call rota
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required to meet service needs)
What We're Looking For
- Experience in domiciliary care or another regulated care setting
- Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care compliance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing or supporting care teams
- Full right to work in the UK
Desirable: Experience supporting a service through a CQC inspection.
