What You’ll Do
- Supporting tenants in all aspects of their daily life, including meal support, hydration, medication prompts and general household tasks within the home
- Assisting tenants with personal care
- Providing companionship, comfort and emotional reassurance
- Encouraging tenants to take an active role in decisions about their care and daily activities
- Recording and reporting care notes and observations accurately
- Supporting tenants with mobility, rehabilitation and confidence-building activities where appropriate
