They supply premium materials to traditional builders, restorers, and eco-conscious architects across the UK. It’s a business where people genuinely care — about quality, craft, and each other. Now, they\’re looking for a Yard Manager who can bring order, energy, and leadership to the busy site — while never being afraid to jump in and get stuck alongside the team. The Role This isn’t just about managing a yard — it’s about leading people, creating structure, and keeping things moving smoothly in a hands-on environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping daily operations and team culture while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
