What's the role about? As Installations Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end installation journey, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and with the customer experience front of mind.
- Coordinate a high volume of installation projects at any one time
- Act as the central point between customers, engineers, and internal teams
- Plan logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure tight deadlines (typically 10-day SLAs) are consistently met
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and delivery of all installation projects from sale through to completion
- Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure site readiness and minimise failed installations
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, workshop, warehouse, and engineering
- Schedule engineers and manage installation timelines across multiple projects
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates for installations
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement where needed
- Conduct pre- and post-installation communication and debriefs to ensure quality delivery
Requirements About You: You're someone who:
- Has experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or operations role
- Remains calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders (customers to engineers)
