Description Warehouse & Production Operative Location: Fareham Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse & Production staff to join our busy team in Fareham. This is a hands-on, physically active role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prefers to stay on the move throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: * Manual handling and heavy lifting of bulk products * Picking and packing orders accurately using a scan-to-pick system * Loading and unloading goods — managing up to 80–100 pallets per day * Pallet movements in and out of storage * General warehouse duties to support the production and dispatch process * Operating a Counterbalance or Flexi FLT (when needed — not a seated role all day) Requirements Requirements: * Valid Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift License * Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment * Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items * Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for most of the day * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Benefits What We Offer: * A stable Monday to Friday schedule — no weekend work * Supportive team environment with on-the-job training * Opportunity for long-term employment and growth within the company * Company bonus
