UK Sales Manager (Packaging)

We are looking for a high-performing UK Sales Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company\’s sales machine active, motivated, and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competitors Ensure targets are delivered through performance reviews, with rewards based on individual success Requirements BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Analytical skills and effective communication with team members and external stakeholders Good interpersonal skills for collaborative goal achievement Ability to plan strategically Benefits Salary of £50,000 – £80,000 per annum Bonuses Car allowance or company car #J-18808-Ljbffr
