Telesales Executive Location: Rudheath, Cheshire

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible core hours, typically 8:00–4:30)

About the Role

As a telesales executive, you’ll join a dynamic team focused on driving growth and building strong customer relationships. Your day will start with a team huddle to share wins and tackle challenges, then dive into prospecting—making calls, leveraging social media, and booking meetings with potential clients. Full training is on offer for those with a hunger to succeed. This is a hands-on role where success means hitting activity targets, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with high-quality appointments. You’ll learn the ropes of B2B sales, gain technical product knowledge, and even get involved in on-site trials with customers. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls (up to 100 per day) and engaging prospects via phone and social media.
  • Booking qualified meetings for the sales team with FMCG businesses.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Supporting trials and onboarding new customers.
  • Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve real-world problems.
