Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to fuel business growth.
- Research and identify target markets and key decision-makers across the sector.
- Use cutting-edge tools and platforms to conduct outbound prospecting.
- Qualify leads through insightful questioning and market analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Monitor and optimise lead generation performance using key metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to refine and innovate lead generation tactics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships through consistent engagement.
