- On-site diagnosis of issues and spotting inefficiencies to improve line performance.
- Run line trials and optimise adhesive applications to increase uptime and productivity.
- Advise factories on process improvements and best practices to achieve cleaner operation and higher profitability.
- Communicate clearly with production managers, engineers and operators to uncover root causes of downtime.
- Walk FMCG production lines to uncover pain points and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Deliver fast, effective troubleshooting on-site and over the phone.
- Run high-impact product trials with a 90%+ success target.
- Recommend system upgrades, build technical quotes and present clear, commercial reports.
- Grow after-sales revenue through smart parts and consumables support.
- Represent a business where Productivity and Profitability drive every decision, backed by planet-friendly solutions.
Qualifications Must-Haves:
