What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking the lead on structural engineering across all mechanical and electrical enquiries
- Translating customer needs into robust, buildable designs using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and RSTAB
- Designing and drafting steel framing systems and 3D models for plant and support structures
- Creating detailed material take-offs to help move designs seamlessly into production
- Conducting site visits to see your designs in action and refine them where needed
- Navigating complex technical challenges with a creative, can-do mindset
- Overseeing project workflows, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality results
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to grow alongside you

- A degree in Engineering (Structural preferred)
- Proven experience in structural design, calculations, and steelwork connections
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, RSTAB, Navisworks, and BIM environments
- Solid understanding of M&E systems and building regulations
