From Manchester down to Birmingham and then up to Newcastle. Reporting directly to senior management, this role is critical to driving new business through your accounts, deepening relationships, and positioning your company as the leading supplier in the field. This is a field-based role, requiring a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships and trust with distributor accounts, particularly their sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with key partners to create and execute joint growth strategies. Establish the company as the preferred supplier for hand protection solutions. Territory Development: Conduct field visits to distributors and key end-users to maximise market penetration. Identify and engage with untapped distributor and end-user opportunities. Organise and attend glove audits, customer sales meetings, and new prospect appointments. Winning New Business: Identify and qualify new opportunities through distributor networks or within your geographical area. Conduct glove audits and recommend tailored solutions for end-user needs. Close deals with new customers through distributor partnerships and ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Represent the team at safety days, events, and meetings as needed. Align with company strategy and actively contribute to business goals. Attend internal and external events to build relationships and deepen market knowledge. Delivering Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system to support pipeline forecasting. Provide clear forecasts to assist the Supply Chain team with planning. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Strategic thinker with an appreciation of financial processes. Exceptional account management and relationship-building skills. Confident communicator, comfortable with presentations and negotiations. Deep understanding of product, competitor, and market dynamics. Self-motivated, positive, and adaptable with a professional approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
