The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position supporting both the sales and marketing functions, combining administrative excellence, customer service, and creative input.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and preparing accurate quotations.
- Processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and sending proofs and artwork for approval.
- Monitoring orders in progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Preparing and scheduling email campaigns and LinkedIn posts in coordination with the sales team.
- Assisting in the creation of digital marketing materials and monitoring website traffic.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database and CRM system.
- Collaborating with designers and suppliers to produce engaging proof visuals and marketing assets.
Performance objectives
Success will be measured through timely follow-up on sales leads, the effectiveness of marketing activities, and your contribution to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
