What’s the Role About?
In this broad and varied role, you’ll play a central part in building a high‑performing marketing engine. You’ll nurture warm leads, build new pipelines, develop campaigns, and work closely with both internal leaders and trusted external partners.
You will:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans aligned to the business strategy.
- Build and nurture warm leads through CRM activity and targeted engagement.
- Identify and attract new strategic prospects across current and emerging sectors.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot tools to improve lead quality and engagement.
- Run product and service‑led digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned with the 3–5 year strategy.
- Develop & nurture warm leads within the CRM database and drive engagement.
- Identify and onboard new strategic prospects within target sectors.
- Own HubSpot optimisation, including workflows, scoring, and content performance.
- Plan and run digital campaigns focused on products and services.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies and creative partners.
- Oversee website content, performance, and continual improvements.
- Support the build‑out and execution of marketing for a new sector.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and channel performance with a focus on ROI.
About You
You’re structured, proactive, and thrive in a role where you can roll up your sleeves and make things happen. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role, within a product/consumables related industry.
- Broad understanding of digital, content, campaign, and CRM marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and how to leverage it effectively.
- Experience running digital campaigns for products and/or services.
- Confidence managing external agencies and suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activity to business goals.
