We are seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction handover through to final account. - Ensure projects meet health & safety requirements, prepare RAMS documentation, and promote a positive safety culture on site.
- Lead design approvals and oversee project progress through production, installation, and completion phases.
- Collaborate closely with our commercial team on CVRs – monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and forecasting financial outcomes.
- Attend pre-start, progress, and ad-hoc site meetings, ensuring you stay ahead of project developments and challenges.
- Work alongside the commercial team to drive margin growth through design improvements, value engineering, and problem-solving during the installation phase.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of successfully managing projects across a range of sectors.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, can-do attitude.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to engage with consultants, engineers, and other third parties.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, able to adapt in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- A background or qualification in design, technical, or construction fields would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Commercially savvy, with a clear understanding of how to balance quality with cost control.

- Effective implementation and management of project programmes.
- Achievement of project milestones using our Golden Rules method.

- Proactive management and closure of NCRs.
- Maintaining excellent client communication – no “chase” calls or emails from clients!
- Health & Safety – minimum of two audits per month.
- Site presence – minimum of four visits per project.
