Our client – an innovative, industry-leading manufacturer serving the construction, industrial, and rail sectors – is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role offering the chance to work with cutting-edge products in a purpose-led business that values integrity, creativity, and collaboration.
About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of product innovation, taking ownership of go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, you\’ll translate product features into compelling messaging that resonates with both industrial buyers and key decision-makers.
This role will suit someone with strong commercial instincts, a passion for driving adoption, and a keen understanding of how to communicate complex technical products in a simple, engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead end-to-end product launches, aligning messaging, positioning, and sales enablement with business goals.
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Value Messaging: Develop clear, concise value propositions and ensure accurate product codes and descriptions across all platforms.
- Sales Enablement: Produce tools and content (e.g. presentations, brochures, training materials) to empower the sales team.
- Product Launches: Own the launch plan and coordinate execution across departments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing to produce technical content including operation manuals, brochures, digital assets, and website updates.
- Digital Media: Support the creation of high-impact photo and video content.
- Customer Advocacy: Source case studies and testimonials in partnership with Sales and Customer Services.
- Website & CMS: Manage updates to online product listings and promotional content.
- Packaging Oversight: Ensure packaging meets branding and specification standards at all customer touchpoints.
- Experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful go-to-market campaigns.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills – able to simplify complex topics.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, R&D).
- Comfortable using data to inform strategy and optimise performance.
- Understanding of industrial/manufacturing/construction markets preferred.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools.
- Salary- £45,000- £55,000 Basic
- Profit related bonus scheme
- Monday- Friday- 7.40am-4.30pm
- Office based role, but will offer flexibility to work from home when needed
