About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator to join a growing and ambitious business in Northfleet. This is a brand-new role, created to support a busy customer support function as the business continues to expand.
You'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient and professional experience, working closely across multiple departments including transport, marketing and operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Support team
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to coordinate customer requirements
