We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kings Langley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys new business development, lead generation, and proactive outbound sales, with the variety of occasionally attending client meetings to build face‑to‑face relationships. You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and booking high‑quality appointments — all while being rewarded for your performance through a competitive bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively cold call prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound activity
- Achieve daily and weekly sales KPIs, including:
- 50 calls per day
- 2 quality leads per day (team target)
- 2 appointments booked per day
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development
- Confident, persuasive telephone manner
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activity
- Strong resilience and motivation to work towards targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Previous CRM experience desirable (Insightly preferred but not essential)
