- Maintain interior (and some exterior) planting schemes to a consistently high standard
- Watering, pruning, trimming plants and ensuring they have the optimal light conditions
- Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently across central London sites

- Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and service expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior plant maintenance or horticulture preferred
- Strong plant knowledge, including identification and care
