Salary: £34,000 - 36,000 per annum (Negotiable dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (office-based)
Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 2 years’ service)

This is a brand-new role created to support a fast-growing, values-led business where organisation, initiative and strong judgement genuinely matter. Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll act as a trusted right hand to the Managing Director and Finance Director, while also supporting the wider Executive team. The Role:
- Executive Support
- Manage complex diaries for senior leaders, ensuring smart prioritisation and seamless scheduling
- Organise all meetings for the Managing Director, including agendas, preparation and logistics
- Take accurate, detailed meeting notes and proactively follow up on agreed actions
- Track, chase and maintain momentum on leadership actions and priorities
- Handle Director expenses with accuracy and discretion
- Act as a sounding board and organiser - capturing ideas and turning them into clear actions
- Prepare and coordinate weekly leadership and company-wide meetings
- Ensure clear communication, follow-through and accountability across the business
- Lead planning and logistics for company events, leadership sessions and team gatherings
- Arrange catering and practical details for key internal events
- Coordinate staff training schedules across the business
- Support onboarding and induction to ensure a professional, well-organised experience for new starters
Requirements
