The Opportunity As the Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with a highly respected Strategy Consultant who spends most of the week meeting clients. Your role will be to make this possible – from scheduling appointments and planning travel routes to managing internal communications and keeping key processes running smoothly. You\’ll also gain unique exposure to high-level strategy, marketing, and project insights, making this a career-enhancing opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing * Scheduling and coordinating 2–3 daily meetings with schools and education leaders. * Engaging with warm contacts to secure meaningful appointments. * Managing calendars, logistics, and team scheduling to ensure seamless operations. * Collaborating with marketing and executive teams to align on shared deliverables. * Keeping CRM systems, meeting agendas, and reports accurate and up to date. * Planning travel routes to optimise time spent with clients. Requirements What We’re Looking For * A highly organised and energetic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. * Confident and articulate communicator, comfortable building rapport over the phone. * Strong logistical and planning skills, with a geographical mindset. * Experience supporting senior leadership or client-facing roles is advantageous. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritisation.
