Salary: £34,000 - 36,000 per annum (Negotiable dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (office-based)
Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 2 years' service)

Are you an experienced, confident Executive Assistant who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to senior leaders? This is a brand-new role created to support a fast-growing, values-led business where organisation, initiative and strong judgement genuinely matter. Working at the heart of the organisation, you'll act as a trusted right hand to the Managing Director and Finance Director, while also supporting the wider Executive team. This is a pivotal position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in excellence, and isn't afraid to challenge, prioritise and keep things moving. The Role:
- Executive Support
- Manage complex diaries for senior leaders, ensuring smart prioritisation and seamless scheduling
- Organise all meetings for the Managing Director, including agendas, preparation and logistics
- Take accurate, detailed meeting notes and proactively follow up on agreed actions
- Track, chase and maintain momentum on leadership actions and priorities
- Handle Director expenses with accuracy and discretion
- Act as a sounding board and organiser - capturing ideas and turning them into clear actions
- Meetings & Communications
- Prepare and coordinate weekly leadership and company-wide meetings
- Ensure clear communication, follow-through and accountability across the business
- Events & Team Coordination
- Lead planning and logistics for company events, leadership sessions and team gatherings
- Arrange catering and practical details for key internal events
- HR & Training Support
- Coordinate staff training schedules across the business
- Support onboarding and induction to ensure a professional, well-organised experience for new starters
Requirements
You’ll be an experienced EA who knows how to operate confidently at senior level. You’re organised to the point of instinct, calm under pressure, and comfortable pushing back when needed. You’ll likely describe yourself as:
