Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator

Location: Reading
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: £28,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.

* Maintain and update online property advertisements.

* Follow up with prospective tenants and manage waiting lists.

* Process data entry, update records, and manage email correspondence.

* Upload property photos, certificates, and reports.

* Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies.

* Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate key dispatch.

* Notify tenants of upcoming maintenance work.

* Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
