The Role

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in the recladding and remediation sector
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the public sector and social housing market
  • Position services strategically through a mix of networking, lead generation, and early-stage project engagement
  • Work closely with pre-construction and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success
  • Spend the majority of your time on the ground in London and the South East, meeting stakeholders and advancing opportunities

  • Proven track record in the recladding and remediation market, ideally with a strong contact base in the sector
  • Experience working with local authorities, housing associations, and within public sector procurement frameworks
